    Sir I am studying engineering acemdic year 2015-2016 so engineering discontinued same year .i this year join degree scholarship possible or not possible

      May be try it once as a fresh Epass Scholarships Application for 2016-17 it is accepted okay other wise you have no chance to apply scholarship
